Someone who can plan, create, and manage social content that drives engagement, builds advocacy, and strengthens brand presence across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do You’ll develop and deliver tailored social strategies for a mix of clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Your job is to make sure every post, campaign and conversation pushes people closer to choosing our clients’ brands. You’ll run day-to-day activity – planning calendars, scheduling content, publishing posts and managing community engagement with a human voice that reflects each client’s tone. You’ll keep a close eye on what matters: performance. From tracking platform analytics to analysing data and preparing reports with real, actionable insights – you’ll make recommendations that move the dial. You’ll collaborate across the agency — working with client services, design, copywriting, and strategy to craft cohesive campaigns that look good, sound good, and perform even better. You’ll lead content planning and support execution, managing communities in a proactive, timely and brand-safe way. And you’ll stay plugged into platform trends, tools and emerging tech to inspire better work. What You Bring You’ve worked in a marketing agency or multi-brand environment where you’ve managed social accounts end-to-end. You understand platforms, algorithms, and social best practice — not in theory, but in execution. You can speak confidently with clients, manage expectations, and lead meetings where recommendations land and decisions get made. You’re organised and able to juggle multiple brands, deadlines and campaign calendars without dropping the ball. You’re comfortable with social management and reporting tools, and you know how to turn data into direction. Preferred Skills Experience running paid social or influencer campaigns.
