By bringing fresh ideas, creative storytelling, and high-quality execution to every piece of content, this role ensures MERABI shows up powerfully online - driving meaningful engagement, sparking conversation, and building a loyal, inspired community.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT

Responsible for:
* Ideating and creating on-brand content for organic and paid channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, with a focus on engagement and community growth.
* Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm, refine concepts, and execute content plans that align with campaign objectives.
* Staying ahead of social trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is innovative and on-brand.
* Monitoring and analysing content performance, providing actionable insights to optimise reach and engagement.
* Ensuring all content reflects the MERABI tone, voice, and brand values.
* Supporting the Social Media Manager with content scheduling, calendar management, and campaign execution as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The HOW

Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion content creation.
* A natural creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging concepts that feel distinctly MERABI.
* Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, behaviours, and best practices - you live and breathe social.
* Confident shooting both video and photography - professional camera skills helpful but not essential; exceptional iPhone content creation is a must.
* Proficient in video editing using Premiere Pro and social-first editing tools such as CapCut.
* A refined eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to bring brand values to life through impactful, engaging content.
* Ability to read performance, adapt content, and continually explore new approaches to elevate engagement.
* Meticulous organisation and time management, with the ability to balance multiple projects seamlessly.
* Detail-driven, quality-obsessed, and committed to producing work that reflects the standard of the MERABI brand.
* Flexibility to support shoots, events, and key brand moments outside of typical working hours.
* Collaborative approach, working closely with the Social Media Manager and wider creative team to deliver cohesive campaigns and best-in-class social content.
* A strong portfolio that reflects high-quality, thoughtfully crafted content across video, photography, storytelling.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience creating content for luxury, premium, or aspirational lifestyle brands.
* Basic understanding of paid social best practices.
* Experience with graphic design using the Adobe Suite is a plus.
