We are looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to support Office Managers and Financial Planners, delivering a high-quality, compliant, and efficient service to clients. You will play a key role in managing client files, new business processes, and administrative support for complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate provider information and client illustrations to support financial planning recommendations
* Run Risk Profiler results and produce fund switch and valuation reports
* Process new business, withdrawals, and switches in line with compliance standards
* Prepare suitability reports, client reviews, and associated documentation
* Maintain accurate client records in back-office systems
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and updates
* Support compliance and regulatory requirements
* Coach and train colleagues, assisting with workflow and task management
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience as an Administrator in an IFA environment
* Experience supporting high-profile and complex clients
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Confident communicator, able to motivate and support colleagues
* Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of financial products, systems, and compliance requirements
* Professional, dependable, adaptable, and proactive
