Part-Time IFA Administrator – London (3 Days per Week)

I’m working exclusively with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in London that is looking to appoint an experienced Part-Time IFA Administrator, working 3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a stable, long-term role within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As the IFA Administrator, you will provide high-quality support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth processing of client work and maintaining excellent standards of service. This is a hands-on role that requires someone confident working within an independent firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Confident use of Intelligent Office (IO), including diary management and the task workflow (essential)
2. Preparing annual review packs and collating client information
3. Submitting and tracking new business applications:
SIPPs
Pension switches
ISAs & GIAs
Protection applications
OIBs
4. Liaising with platforms and providers including Morningstar, AJ Bell, James Hay, Royal London, and Investment Managers
5. Updating client files, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring cases are completed efficiently
Experience Required
6. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IFA or wealth management practice (essential)
7. Strong working knowledge of IO (Intelligent Office)
8. Confident dealing with multiple platforms and providers
9. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
