About the role We are a digital marketing firm in the iGaming sector seeking an M&A Analyst to lead buy-side asset acquisitions. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying company capital to acquire high-value digital assets. We are looking for an individual who approaches every transaction with a disciplined investor’s mindset - utilizing data to identify vulnerabilities, challenge valuations, and secure the most favorable terms for the company. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze SEO health, traffic quality, and historical data to establish objective pricing models for every deal. Lead the full deal lifecycle, managing complex, high-stakes negotiations while advocating effectively for the company’s position. Identify hidden risks and "red flags" to ensure we only acquire high-quality, sustainable assets. Build and present the financial and strategic rationale for potential acquisitions to the leadership team. The Deal Context Primarily mid-market websites and/or SEO portfolios, with occasional strategic plays. You will own the full funnel, supported by a dedicated sourcing team for website targets and contact finding. You will have access to internal legal counsel, technical due diligence experts, and administrative support to streamline the closing process. You will develop deal logic and present it to leadership; final capital approval rests with our Executive team. Requirements: 2 years of experience in M&A, due diligence, investment evaluation, or a similar corporate finance role. Deep understanding of multiples, EBITDA, and asset valuation mechanics. A proven ability to remain objective and walk away from unfavorable deals regardless of time invested. Understanding of the digital publishing or iGaming landscape, would be an asset Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs to evaluate organic traffic health.
