Outpatients Receptionist and PIFU Team Lead
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of Outpatients Clinics, working collaboratively with all divisions to ensure all national targets and departmental KPIs are delivered.
Contribute to the continual review and evaluation of all administrative systems, procedures, and associated policies to enable improvements and developments.

Main duties of the job
To operationally lead the department's systems:
* Manage staff daily to ensure effective administrative operations, including systems and equipment: implementing and maintaining office-related issues and ensuring service delivery.
* Use initiative to ensure patients are rebooked in line with local and national access targets.
* Support the Access Manager in providing a professional, efficient, and effective service for Outpatients Clinics, maintaining KPIs.
o Identify capacity issues and escalate as appropriate.
* Maintain and update reports within the department.
* Undertake IPDR and 1:1 sessions within the Reception Team.
