Youll play a key part in ensuring smooth running of the purchase ledger process while getting involved in wider finance tasks as the business continues to grow.
What Youll Be Doing: Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching, batching, coding, and reconciling supplier invoices
Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries in a timely manner
Preparing payment runs and monitoring due dates
Assisting with month-end processes relating to AP
Supporting wider finance team with ad hoc duties where needed
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good Excel skills and confident using finance systems
A proactive, team-focused approach
Keen to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of your workload
