You will oversee set-up, service, and maintenance of all areas, ensuring customers are greeted and served professionally while maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and hygiene compliance. Key duties include managing reservations, bar service, stock control, interval drinks, and private functions.
You will motivate and guide service assistants, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and provide flexible support across departments, including ticketing and library services, delivering excellent customer experiences throughout Storyhouse.
