As an Estimator, you'll have the opportunity to produce cost plans from RIBA stage 0 through to stage 3, lead tender enquiry processes, and work collaboratively with the supply chain to deliver value engineering solutions. You'll be taking off from drawings using Autodesk Design Review and Bluebeam, managing subcontractor comparisons, pricing site preliminaries, and presenting tender information to project teams. This role gives you exposure to various procurement routes including D&B, Traditional and 2 Stage, whilst working alongside an established team of professionals who will support your development through guidance and training from senior leadership.
