We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our team within Vistry Kent at our office in West Malling. As our Senior Development Manager, you will oversee the pre-construction phases of development projects, managing legal, design, and planning issues, and coordinating with estimating, mobilisation, and construction teams.
The Senior Development Manager will coordinate internal functions and manage external consultants to ensure development efficiency.
