A fabulous B&I location in Derby for a leading Railway Technology business, catering for approximately 900 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, grab & go options, and high-end hospitality. This is a Monday to Friday operation. The location benefits from excellent transport links and proximity to the M1 motorway.
Responsibilities:
1. Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services.
2. Prepare food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, following company brand standards.
3. Ensure adherence to food standards and control wastage.
4. Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent customer service skills and a great team player.
* Genuine interest in food and customer service.

* Organised with attention to detail.
Knowledge / Competencies:
* Reasonable understanding and use of verbal English.
* Good standard of written English and reading skills.
* Experience in customer service or food preparation preferred.
