We are an independent, high-quality bakery who strive to offer premium baked goods, brunch, coffee and customer service.
Our KNEAD family is growing, and we are looking for an engaging and passionate Barista/all rounder to join our team. This role will be to drive the KNEAD on Wheels van to local sites and markets, set up the van and sell our products. Therefore all applicants must be confident drivers. It will also involve the preparation of some items such as sandwiches, wraps and baking sausage rolls - so the candidate will need to be confident in food preparation also.
We are looking for someone to take responsibility for running this venture and there will be an element of sole working whilst out on the van at the events.

About you
As a KOW Barista, you will be able work with the logistics manager to provide an excellent customer and food experience.
You will be a fantastic ambassador of KNEAD and able to engage with our customers, welcoming them and advising our great range of products, talking confidently and knowledgeably about the varieties and flavours of our ingredients.
Experience of a similar food, restaurant, or café environment preferred but not essential.
Main responsibilities
· Barista trained (preferred or those with café experience)
. Working at the forefront on the wheels serving our customers
· Champion full shelves, with 100% accuracy of fixed merchandising, appropriate POS, and pricing handle cash while using our till systems
· Learning about our products/production
· Assist logistics team to ensure the wheels operates within internal audit requirements
