Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign – design, build emails, push notifications and SMS.
* Produce day‑to‑day communication including briefs, targeting, data selection and programming.
* Analyse campaign metrics and develop test‑and‑learn strategies to optimise effectiveness.
* Support CRM managers to improve campaigns – focus on content optimisation and targeted data for activating CRM.
* Schedule and deploy campaigns across members and non‑members.
What You’ll Need
* Ideally 2+ years of CRM experience.
* Significant experience using Adobe Campaign.
* Familiar with SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
* Campaign operations for targeted, complex campaigns in large retailers.
* Analytical skills – organise, evaluate metrics and translate into useful insight.
