Business Development Manager Hours and Benefits £45,000 - £55,000 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am 4:00pm Monday to Friday Performance-related bonus Car allowance Company mobile phone Laptop This position is commutable from Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood Business Development Manager Essential Candidate Requirements A proven, strong engineering background (qualified or time-served). Proven track record in business development or sales within an engineering/manufacturing environment. Highly organised and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently in a small business setting. Computer literate (Word, Excel; Sage experience beneficial training can be provided). CAD experience advantageous. Business Development Manager Key responsibilities Drive new business whilst supporting and developing existing customer relationships. Identifying, targeting, and developing new markets and customers. Managing sales activities from initial contact through to order placement. Preparing estimates and quotations.
