A leading Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking an experienced Lead D365 Business Central Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is a key leadership role, working on enterprise-level implementations for a diverse client base and helping shape best practice across the Business Central practice.
The Role:
As Lead Consultant, you will take ownership of end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring and guiding consultants within the team. You’ll play a hands-on role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the functional delivery of D365 Business Central projects
* Own solution design, workshops, and requirements gathering
* Act as the primary client-facing consultant and subject matter expert
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions
* Support pre-sales activities where required
About You:
* Strong experience delivering D365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations
* Proven background in a consultancy or Microsoft Partner environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to lead workshops, influence decisions, and drive outcomes
* Experience across finance and core ERP processes
