We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke. Location: Basingstoke Hours: Part time 20 hours a week – shifts between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administration. Your day to day will include: Communicating with internal and external customers to record and distribute service requests via the CAFAM system Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for reactive maintenance tasks Coordinating engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling, paperwork management, and compliance tracking Producing and distributing reports to stakeholders and supporting the Contract Manager with administrative tasks Managing Lifecycle and Variation Works, including quote handling and performance mitigation activities What are we looking for? This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and have strong data entry accuracy You can build effective working relationships and work collaboratively within a team A full driving licence is not required for this role.
