Installation Electrical Engineer
Well established air handling units manufacturing company require an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their installation team. Offered as a permanent contract, the role of Electrical Engineer provides an attractive salary range, company vehicle and phone.

Responsibilities
* Execute plans of electrical wiring on all types of air handling units and other HVAC systems.
* Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
* Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
* Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
* Integrate new equipment into existing site equipment.
* Test and inspect all work carried out.
* Prioritise health and safety and always adhere to precautionary measures.
* Ensure that safe working conditions are always maintained.
* Working 2–3 days away, overnight accommodation, travel time payable and meal allowance is provided.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Electrician/Electrical Engineer.
* Electrician qualification in 18th edition is desirable.
* Experience in AHU, BMS or HVAC controls is advantageous.
* Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings.
* Ability to work without drawings.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Good people skills and ability to work with customers to achieve the correct outcome.
Location
Bromsgrove, Worcestershire (Must be flexible as will be required to work away 2–3 days a week).
Salary
£19–£22 per hour, depending on experience.

Company van, company phone, payable working hours include travel time to site, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Hours
40 hours per week.
Overtime
* Overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half for hours over 50 per week.
* Night rate paid at level 1.3.
* Weekend rate paid at level 1thor 5.
