Caretaker
Grade D, £25,989 - £26,403
Full Time – 37 hours per week. The hours are arranged on a split shift pattern in order to accommodate the opening and locking of the premises at the beginning and end of the school day.
Permanent - We anticipate the successful candidate to take up the role on 3rd November 2025 ideally.

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint an energetic and friendly Caretaker to join our wonderful school. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience, or without, as training can be provided.
You will;
* Be trustworthy, kind, self-motivated and able to work alone, prioritising tasks
* Be organised and able to keep the relevant areas of the school cleaned to a high standard
* Have good general skills and a willingness to work proactively to keep the school site, inside and out, clean and in a good state of repair
* Be able to liaise positively with cleaning, security, catering and other services working in the school building and grounds
* Have an understanding of health and safety regulations and fire safety procedures
* Have experience/understanding of the aspects of a caretaker's role, as outlined in the job profile
