At Citizens Advice, we re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Safeguarding to lead the development and delivery of our safeguarding strategy across our national organisation. As Head of Safeguarding, you will: Lead on the development and implementation of robust safeguarding policies, procedures, and training. Ensure resources are used strategically to support learning, development, and innovation. Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for complex safeguarding matters. What we re looking for We re seeking a highly skilled professional with: Significant experience leading safeguarding at a strategic level in a complex organisation. Deep knowledge of safeguarding legislation and its practical application in diverse environments. The ability to influence, guide, and build strong partnerships across multiple teams and networks. Proven track record of developing and implementing safeguarding strategies at an organisational level. Experience of working with and providing oversight to Designated Safeguarding Officers or equivalent roles.
