As Senior Supply Chain Manager – Enterprise Strategy, you will lead the development, deployment, and integration of supply chain strategies that support the delivery of modular nuclear power stations. You’ll provide a clear strategic framework that aligns with business goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and communicating holistic supply chain strategies across the enterprise Leading cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution Developing adaptable frameworks to meet diverse client and programme needs Providing strategic sourcing recommendations and managing large-scale spend decisions Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and delivery Acting as a subject matter expert in supply chain strategy, governance, and transformation Driving continuous improvement and innovation across supply chain operations Managing and mentoring a team of up to four direct reports, with scope to grow What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in strategic supply chain development within complex, regulated industries Strong delivery background in procurement, logistics, and cross-functional programme support Experience managing suppliers and partners in sectors such as nuclear, aerospace, construction, or energy Ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the business externally Strong commercial acumen and global outlook Excellent planning, reporting, and project management skills A degree or equivalent qualification (engineering or MCIPS preferred) Success in This Role Will Look Like
