We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of client projects, including designing and structuring incentive plans, advising on tax and commercial impacts, supporting compliance, and business development activities. Roles and responsibilities
* Supporting the client service team on Equity Reward workflows, including:
o Designing and structuring new incentive plans considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
o Reviewing existing incentive plans for relevance and effectiveness.
o Advising on tax and commercial impacts of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
o Designing incentives for employees post-deal.
o Supporting compliance and disclosure for share plans.
o Engaging with clients through reports, analysis, and project management.
o Collaborating with other teams to deliver integrated advice.
o Delegating and reviewing work for junior team members.
o Training and developing team members.
o Innovating solutions and supporting knowledge management.

Qualifications and experience
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential.
* Relevant work experience demonstrating technical and client service skills.
* Professional qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or legal qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory if experience is relevant.
