Job Summary
This is a full time, on-site role for an experienced and pro-active Sales Administration Coordinator at ROMIL Ltd. This is an important role where you will have prime responsibility for liaison between our customers and prospective customers on one hand and all our internal departments (production, laboratory, despatch, warehouse and accounts) on the other. Working closely with a small, dedicated team, you will ensure prompt and efficient sales order processing from receipt to despatch and a speedy response to enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver a first class customer experience at all times
* To be the primary point of contact for the customer, managing the day to day activities such as sales order entry, chasing outstanding orders, resolving complaints, handling enquiries, booking transport and managing delivery expectations all within a timely manner
* Proactively communicate with the customer any delivery delays
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager to support and develop the relationship with the our customers and optimise all sales opportunities
* Liaise with internal departments such as production, laboratory, warehouse and despatch to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of goods from receipt of order through to despatch
* Accurately and promptly invoice orders once despatched in line with current quotations

* Admin experience desirable, but not essential
