Offer description

TLT are looking for Contract Administrators to join the Retail Mortgage Services Team in Bristol. This contract will be an initial 3-month contract, with chance of extension. This role is based full time from our TLT office in Bristol and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company.

Responsibilities may include:

* General administration supporting Paralegals/Senior Paralegal and Team Managers
* Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
* Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
* Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers
* Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors
