Job Title: Territory Manager (Lincs/Cambs)
Salary: Basic salary £38-45k + quarterly bonus
Location: Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire, East of the country
This role involves prospecting and selling new business to growers, importers, and packers in the East of the country, building a strong customer base and maintaining professional client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire area
* Identify local business opportunities and challenges
* Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
* Present products and services to prospective clients
* Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
* Answer customer questions about products and services
* Cross‑sell products when appropriate
* Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Requirements
* Robust knowledge of all packaging consumable products offered by the client
* Ability to articulate and advise prospective clients on optimal product usage
* Strong sales skills, embodying both hunter and farmer characteristics
* 60% of the role is dedicated to account management, with the remainder focused on developing new business
