What you’ll do * Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery * You’re an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them independence and achievement of their life goals * Customer group is adults 18-60 Why join us Be part of a transformative journey and make a real impact today!
