Description The Amazon Global Benefits team is seeking a leader with subject matter expertise in evidence-based workplace mental health strategies, as well as a strong background in assessment and measurement. The ideal candidate must be able to think big, and think differently, and should also be able to cultivate solutions with global impact. This role will contribute to the work of the global Behavioral Health team, and will be responsible for diving deep to propose bold initiatives with the potential to overcome seemingly intractable challenges. You will work in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a team focused on strategy, design, and delivery for global behavioral health programs and initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager for Behavioral Health. Periodic domestic and international business travel is required. Key job responsibilities - Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand indicators of workplace mental health. - Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that our team is solving problems that address the mental health needs of Amazonians and their families. - Integrate state-of-the-art science and best practices within the evaluation and proposal of mental health solutions to address the needs of Amazon's diverse workforce. - Prepare proposals and summary documents for senior leaders. - Deliver on behavioral health roadmap activities and key deliverables, and meet deadlines. Basic Qualifications - Experience working in healthcare environment - Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs - Experience delivering against a large organization's long-term strategy and goals - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders - Master's degree in business, HR, or a related field - Robust knowledge of workplace mental health best practices, and the ability to translate knowledge into pragmatic solutions across diverse contexts. Preferred Qualifications - Experience engaging and influencing senior executives - Licensed behavioral health clinician (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Counselor). - Demonstrated thought leadership in mental health at work, including high impact academic or other professional publications. - Deep knowledge of workplace mental health, along with the associated complexities of regulatory requirements and program implementation at scale.
