We are currently seeking a Sales/Estimator with proven experience in the flooring trade to become a key member of our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment where your expertise and input will be truly valued.
The Role:
* Meeting clients both in-store and on-site to discuss flooring needs
* Measuring and estimating jobs accurately
* Preparing and presenting quotes
* Offering expert product advice and guidance
* Liaising with fitters and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding our excellent reputation
Requirements:
* Experience in the flooring industry is essential
* Strong measuring and estimation skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence
