Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team, delivering high-quality projects across the heritage and conservation sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong practical knowledge of construction and traditional materials such as masonry, timber, or concrete. The successful candidate will bring a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and commercial sides of the business, with the ability to plan, price, and manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion. The role would suit someone with hands-on construction awareness and strong planning, project coordination, and cost management skills, capable of seeing a project through from cradle to grave while supporting the wider delivery team. The Role You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates while supporting the wider team in understanding the operational requirements, risks, and commercial implications of each project.
