This exciting Marketing Insights & Analytics Business Partner for UKI & Nordics Personal Health is a critical role providing key insights and performance measurement for these markets, as well as for initiatives with reference to consumer insights across categories and markets. You will be accountable for providing strategic insights and analytics and customer/consumer driven recommendations, unlocking the power of user, consumer and digital data to bring the voice of the customer to business and marketing decisions delivering business value. The role will require a strong overview of the commercial triangle, research and analytics approaches and their application. You are responsible for Business Partnering.
Business Partnering
* Lead high-level strategic discussions with key stakeholders to drive insight-based decision-making.
* Develop and mentor zone teams in performance analysis, ensuring data translates into clear, strategic actions.
* Own all research initiatives within the zone, ensuring full-cycle insight integration.
* Represent the insights function in cross-functional strategy meetings (e.g., Zone Dialogue Meeting, Marketing Planning Process, Think Big workshops).
* Own budget planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation within the insights department.
Consumer & Customer Insights
* Champion knowledge-driven execution, closing research gaps while maintaining optimal cost-effectiveness.
* Effectively manage knowledge gaps to ensure optimal execution by conducting desk research aimed at cost reduction and undertaking only necessary consumer research projects.
* Drive consumer insight communication, ensuring insights are actioned at key business decision points.
* Own shopper and retail insights to be incorporated into commercial strategy.
* Ensure consumer behavior is taken into key commercial and marketing initiatives to decision-making.
Performance Insights & Market Intelligence
* Lead the utilization of key insights platforms (Retail IQ, Euromonitor, RSD, ISS, Brand Strength dashboards).
* Deliver high-level market intelligence reporting, providing granular insights for executive decision-making (MT DMB with market share / sellout /stock in trade, Problem solving, Quarterly Brand Strength, HSVE / Promo deep dives together with SEM/TSM).
* Lead strategic deep dives into key performance areas, collaborating with commercial teams to refine execution.
* Drive data integration into factbooks, strategic planning, and scenario modeling for sales and market share growth.
* Mentor and lead best practices in market intelligence by managing third-party data relationships and internal tooling accuracy (ex: GFK/Nielsen/Circana/GERS, Retailer Sellout Dashboard) - not OLE, ISE.
* Drive actionable insights for key strategic meetings (e.g., Zone Dialogue Meetings, retailer meetings).
* MAF: Supports the marketing team with information during market update meetings led solely by MA&F. MA&F provides the forecast, the analysis, arguments for the forecast, while Marketing/Commercial team can explain why they agree/not agree with MA&F view.
You are a part of As key stakeholders, you will co-operate closely with Market Management Team and regional Market I&A BP Lead, MI&A CoE, Marketing Data Analytics, TSM, Regional Category Business Partner, Customer Marketing, MAF, Services Business Management, Sales Management and D2C. You will also connect externally with local consortia and thought leaders in specific markets in the area of customer & market insights & analytics.
Qualifications
* Strong marketing insights, analytics and research skills as well as outstanding presentation & communication skills in order to influence key stakeholders accordingly
* You will have a natural interest in data and be able to use it to drive commercial decisions effectively
* Familiarity with market and customer research techniques and strong working knowledge of basic analytical tools and sharp predictive skills to work on large amounts of data
* Familiarity with benchmarking market sizes and market opportunity estimates with various external sources.
* Able to synthesize across multiple sources and tools (Qliksense and excel) into a clear and concise story that drives actionable insights
* Contributing to the profitable top-line growth by uncovering behaviors and insights that result in breakthrough ideas.
* Business acumen / understanding in the broad spectrum of Philips
