We’re looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to manage, develop and maintain our digital platform; Zoho One. This includes user setup, security, workflows and customisations. You will also provide training and support to system users and troubleshoot any issues.

What You’ll Do

* Administer, configure, and customize business applications to align with company needs
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
* Perform data imports, exports, and migrations
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Develop and deliver user training and support (in person & online)
* Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and learning resources
* Build reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
* Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements
* Stay up to date with new features, integrations, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in business system administration, CRM administration, or IT system management
* Strong understanding of configuring and customizing enterprise applications
* Proficiency in data management (importing, exporting, cleaning)
* Ability to generate and analyse reports and dashboards
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in training users & providing technical support
* Self-motivated & proactive—you take initiative and love learning!
* Bonus: Knowledge of ZOHO One, APIs, integrations, and scripting for automation
* Note - this is a role covering maternity leave
