We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and organised Field Care Supervisor to support our dedicated Care Assistants and provide exceptional service to our customers. What You’ll Be Doing Assessing and reviewing customer care packages Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Care Assistants Completing administrative tasks relating to customers and staff Acting as the link between the office and customers Maintaining high standards through our Quality Assurance processes Conducting new customer assessments, writing care plans, and risk assessments Supporting the on-call rota Covering care calls when needed Ensuring customers are happy, safe, and satisfied with their care What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar role A caring and empathetic individual with strong communication skills NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Full UK Driving Licence and confidence driving Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and highly organised Strong leadership abilities and commitment to maintaining high standards Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Team player with a proactive, positive attitude What We Offer Supportive team and regular supervision Opportunities for further training, including NVQ Level 5 Company mobile phone Blue Light Card – discounts across shops and services Mileage payment Career progression opportunities Contracted hours Option of overtime Access to company bonus scheme Salary Full-time, contracted position with a salary between £25,000 – £27,000 per year How to Apply If you’re compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you!
