Clinical Lead | Elderly Nursing Home Salary: £52,000 per annum Location: Poole, Dorset Qualification: RGN *Good Clinical Skills* Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based near the Poole area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager for over 2 years.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead - Must be a registered nurse with an active pin (RGN or RMN)
- Previous Nursing Home experience
- Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience - Genuine passion for elderly care Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process - Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager Stage 2 - Interview with the Home Manager & Regional Manager Location This role is based in the Poole area and is easily commutable from Bournemouth, Bear Cross, Christchurch, Ferndown, Corfe Mullen, Canford Magna, Ringwood, New Milton and Burley.
