Job Opportunity: Maintenance Plumber – Commercial Buildings (Southampton)
Initial 3-Month Contract – Potential for Extension
Location: Southampton
Start Date: ASAP
Rate:£18 Per Hour- PAYE Basis
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a range of commercial properties in the Southampton area.
Role Overview:
* Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
* Ensuring all works are completed to high standards and within health & safety guidelines
* Collaborating with on-site teams to minimise disruption and maintain service levels
Requirements:
* MUST have commercial maintenance experience within the facilities maintenance industry
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
* Proven track record in plumbing maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
