CPL are currently partnering with a leading player within the EV industry as they enter an exciting period of growth across Northern Ireland and ROI.
We are seeking to recruit energetic and innovative Business Development Managers to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.

Roles & Responsibilities;
•Develop an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, including key customers, industry challenges, and market trends.
•Identify and cultivate new partnerships, fostering business relationships to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.
•Effectively promote the businesses range of products and services to potential clients through proactive prospecting, face-to-face consultations, and comprehensive ownership of customer interactions from initial lead to the successful agreement of signed contracts.
•Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure timely completion of presales surveys and accurate cost estimates tailored to workplace and fleet requirements.
•Exceed sales targets by engaging in high levels of self-driven activity and leveraging a proactive approach.
•Act as a representative for the company, enhancing our reputation with customers and partners across the industry.
What we are looking for;
•Proven success in B2B technical sales
•Ideally previous experience within technology, construction, electrical, renewables or EV charging industries
•Effective communicator emphasising active listening and meticulous attention to detail
•Proactive self-starter capable of working independently, motivated by the goal to surpass sales targets.
•Full clean UK/ROI driving licence
