We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our Planning team and play a key role in driving end‑to‑end planning excellence across the business.
⭐ About the Role
As our Senior Planner, you will own the full planning cycle — from sales order entry through to works order creation, scheduling, and delivery — ensuring customer commitments are met and the production flow remains smooth and efficient.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role within a Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM) environment where attention to detail, fast decision‑making, and strong communication are essential.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the end‑to‑end planning process from order entry to final delivery.
* Coordinating all planning activities within Epicor E10, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Translating customer demand into achievable production schedules while balancing capacity, materials and delivery priorities.
* Leading works order loading and the contract review process to support strong OTIF performance.
* Acting as the central communication link between sales, engineering, purchasing and production.
* Escalating missing or delayed information that may impact delivery.
* Managing customer order changes, shortages and shifting priorities.
* Monitoring and reporting key metrics including OTIF, backlog and schedule adherence.
* Supporting the planning team with clear expectations and accountability.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Proven experience as a Production Planner Senior Planner in amanufacturing or a highly accredited industry.
* Strong end‑to‑end planning capability and a highly customer‑focused approach.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, escalate and drive actions.
* High levels of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
Desirable
* Working knowledge of Epicor E10 or other ERP systems (planning, scheduling, works order management).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
* Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain and production.
