Administrator – Trafford (M17) Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the school office. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality is maintained. Assist with organising and coordinating school events and activities. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Undertake general office duties as required. Requirements: Previous experience in school-based administration is essential. Registration with Teaching Personnel, including successful vetting, is a prerequisite. Candidates must be able to provide references covering the last two years. An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the Update Service is required, or candidates must be willing to apply for one as part of the application process. Qualities and Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using office software and relevant administrative tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sensitivity and understanding of the needs of a mixed-age SEN school environment.
