We are a close-knit group and work closely together. \n\nWhat might a day in this role look like?\nDuties:\n\nâ¢\tLiaising with clients in a polite, friendly and caring manner via telephone, email, in-person\nâ¢\tOpening and allocating mail\nâ¢\tDrafting standard documents/emails from audio dictation \nâ¢\tManaging fee earnerâs diary and schedule \nâ¢\tAdditional duties will be added to the role upon training and experience â¢\tSVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration \nâ¢\tIndustry related training provided on the job within the field of customer service and private client.\nâ¢\tSoft Skills including appropriate communication with vulnerable and stressed people who are experiencing a difficult time in their lives \n What qualifications/skills are required?\n\nâ¢\tNational 5 or equivalent which should include English and Maths. Business Management preferred but not essential. \nâ¢\tProficient in using IT\nâ¢\tExcellent communication skills \nâ¢\tStrong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion for bereaved and/or vulnerable people \nâ¢\tStrong attention to detail\nâ¢\tOrganised with the ability to prioritise tasks\n\n
