Full job description Care Supervisor Due to the service users in the all male unit we are looking for males only to fill this role.
About the Role
As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users.
Your key responsibilities will include: Formulating and reviewing care plans to ensure clients receive personalised, top-quality care.
Mentoring and supporting a small team of care staff, guiding them in their training and development.
Building strong relationships with a small group of service users and their families, ensuring their ever-changing needs are met.
What We're Looking For
A passion for leadership and mentoring.
A minimum of NVQ Level32 in Health & Social Care, with a commitment to working towards NVQ Level 4 or 5 Must be flexible and participate in the on-call rota alongside fellow managers.
