Overview
Be part of a team delivering practical, data‑led improvements across the Trust. The Business Analyst role works closely with clinical and operational teams to understand real service challenges and translate them into clear, deliverable solutions, working across teams to coordinate delivery and ensure successful implementation. You will use data and insight to shape change, improve performance, and support better outcomes for patients and services. Working from discovery through to delivery and review, you will help ensure every change is well‑defined, well‑governed, and delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities
* Support the development of digital and data solutions by eliciting, analysing and refining requirements, and ensuring these are clearly documented and communicated for delivery.
* Coordinate delivery activity, support governance processes, and act as a key link between digital/data teams and the business from initiation through to completion.
* Contribute to key product deliverables across Digital Transformation and Data Management.
