Office Support Coordinator - Responsibilities:
Support all areas of the business by handling various customer inquiries, including:
* Missing items
* Delayed deliveries and complaints, with resolution
* Distribution of customer orders to Sales Admin Team
* Collaboration with Credit Control, Sales Reps, and Returns regarding customer inquiries
* Liaising with the Warehouse regarding missing items
