Responsibilities of a Bookkeeper and Payroll Assistant include but are not limited to:
* General Bookkeeping duties, maintain accurate and complete financial records for clients bookkeeping
* Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial accounts.
* Payroll - Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls
* Prepare VAT returns.
* Year End and Management Accounts
What we are looking for in our ideal Bookkeeper and Payroll Assistant:
* AAT Qualified (Open to those actively studying)
* At least 2 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice.
* Experience with accounting software’s such as QuickBooks is desirable.
