This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced aviation safety and compliance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping standards, culture and continuous improvement across the Part-145 maintenance organisation and FBO operation. Reporting directly to the Accountable Manager, you will own and evolve the Safety Management System and Compliance Monitoring framework, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while leading a high-performing safety and compliance team.
