Key Responsibilities
In this Sales Coordinator role, you will:
6. Proactively approach corporate clients to sell event packages and spaces
7. Respond promptly to new enquiries and nurture client relationships
8. Organise and coordinate vendors, site visits, and event logistics
9. Plan and support the smooth delivery of upcoming events
10. Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
11. Produce quotations and written confirmations to all clients
What we’re looking for
To succeed in this Sales Coordinator position, you’ll need:
12. Previous experience as an Events Coordinator or Events Agent
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills
