Job Description: Client Onboarding Analyst
Location: Edinburgh or Peterborough (Our hybrid model requires employees to work in the office at least 40% of the time).
Salary: £27,760 – £41,640, depending on experience.

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to join our Workplace Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform complex Excel calculations to support member asset transitions, including lookups, macros, and pivot tables.
2. Analyze and load member data within project timelines.
3. Provide feedback on client requirements and system capabilities to the Implementation team.
4. Process bulk financial transactions via spreadsheets or system interfaces.
5. Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
6. Handle large datasets involving sensitive pension member information.
Candidate Requirements:
* Exceptional Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and macros.
* Experience analyzing and processing large, confidential datasets.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
* Understanding of multiple business processes and systems.
* Experience in risk minimization and effective multitasking/prioritization.
