In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing accounts, handling inbound sales enquiries, and helping drive business growth. The Basics

Responsibilities:
1. Handle all inbound sales enquiries efficiently via email, website enquiries, or telephone.
2. Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately; evaluate if escalation to enterprise sales is needed.
3. Process and document orders, assist with billing/payment issues, and support logistics for deliveries and returns.
4. Follow up with managed and new e-commerce accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to share customer feedback and market trends.
