Key Responsibilities: Customer Insight - Understand specific customer requirements in depth. Client Communication - Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries. Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Feedback and Coordination - Relay customer feedback to internal teams. Operational Support - Manage unallocated orders to ensure timely deliveries in line with service level agreements. Administrative Duties - Handle administrative tasks to support customer and stakeholder needs. Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience in Sales/Retention/Customer service or account management. Comfortable managing a large product range. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills. Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
