This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly reputable domiciliary care provider in Mansfield as their Registered Manager. With a longstanding, experienced office team already in place, you’ll be stepping into a supportive and collaborative environment that’s set up for success.

What’s on offer:

1. £40,000-£42,000 salary.
2. 33 days annual leave.
3. 2 days working from home.
4. No scheduled on-call for this position (on-call is well managed, with the expectation for answering emergency calls only).
5. Supportive, long standing deputy manager and office team.


Registered Manager Responsibilities:

6. Take overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting directly to the Director.
7. Drive business growth by proactively generating new opportunities through calls, networking, and fostering relationships with CHC, healthcare professionals, and other key referral sources.
8. Oversee the management and review of clients’ care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality homecare.
9. Address any client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
10. Manage all aspects of business compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
11. Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
12. Take responsibility for the recruitment of local carers and carers that require sponsorship, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and compliant.


Registered Manager Requirements:

13. Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a Domiciliary Care/Live-In Care setting.
14. Must have achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
15. Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own car.
