Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery of Quantity Surveying and Project Management services
* Supervise and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices, helping to develop their technical and professional capabilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and design team consultants, ensuring clear communication and high service standards
* Manage key client accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for additional services
* Act as Employer’s Agent on Design and Build contracts
* Support business development efforts by representing the firm at networking and industry events
* Deliver internal training sessions and CPDs to help upskill colleagues
* Comply with internal quality management systems to maintain consistency and excellence across all projects
* Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong time management and strategic oversight

Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related discipline
* Chartered MRICS status (or working toward chartership within 3 years)
* Extensive consultancy experience with a proven record of managing projects independently
* Strong skills in cost planning, measurement (preferably using CostX), and contract administration
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Highly organised with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (travel to sites will be required)
