This private sector food manufacturingpany, based in Nelson, is currently recruiting an administrator to join their busy team. They hire hundreds of employees nationally, and over the last 60 years, they have grown exponentially. The business has built up its reputation by bing the special ingredient of the UK's finest restaurants. This is due to sourcing exceptional ingredients and supporting chefs to create incredible dishes with their network of independent growers and producers.
Your new role
This role is 100% based on-site in Nelson. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with a backlog of paper work
2. Processing orders as and when required.
3. Proactively and efficiently assisting customers via email and telephone.
4. Passing on queries to the relevant departments.
5. Producing reports on sales.
6. Updating and amending information on spreadsheets and CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience in Administration
8. Proficient with Microsoft Packages.
9. An open mind with adaptability within the workplace.
10. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
11. Reliable, consistent and enthusiastic.
12. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
13. Confident and able to use your initiative.
