What you’ll do:
* Support the leadership and day-to-day operational management of the Faculty
* Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
* Drive improvements in learner recruitment, progress, achievement and destinations
* Support curriculum planning and development to meet local and national needs
* Monitor quality processes, learner performance and continuous improvement activity
* Support staffing, CPD planning and performance management processes
* Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to improve learner outcomes
* Promote a positive, ambitious and learner-focused culture across the Faculty
* Deputise for the Head of Faculty where required

* An experienced and effective practitioner within further education or a related setting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve high standards
* Experience supporting quality improvement and learner achievement
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* Commitment to delivering an outstanding learner experience
